自从“郎顾之争”以来,有关国有企业产权改革的争论就未曾停止过。虽然顾雏军已经东窗事发,但围绕郎咸平教授对产权制度改革的批评而展开的再批评,似乎愈发激烈。在这其中,焦点人物郎咸平的种种言论成为各方学者、媒体乃至网民或捍卫、或反驳的争论起点。不久前伊利原董事长郑俊怀被判刑之后,国有企业MBO问题再次凸现,这再一次表明,顾雏军的出局并不意味着“郎顾之争”的结束。而在某种程度上可以说,“郎顾之争”已经完全超越了对MBO问题本身的纠缠,人们不禁要问:“郎顾之争”是否就等于MBO之争?如果不是,“郎顾之争”是否具有争论的交点?或者干脆这样说:“郎顾之争”存在过吗?从江西到四川再到清华大学,近几个月来郎咸平先生走遍大江南北,一路下来,其对国有企业产权改革的观点已经蔓延到教育、医疗等领域。这种“遍地开花”的热情无可避免地把他推向了更为纵深的质疑空间。其中,一向对国有企业改制问题同样充满热情的经济学家、中国管理科学院研究员李开发先生,近来也是针对郎咸平先生的种种观点逐一反驳,本刊特对李开发进行专访:一个被称为“穷人的经济学家”的学者为何如此坚定地支持MBO?需要说明的是,我们无意制造某种话语阵地,而是希望提供一个观点与争锋的平台,来给读者以启迪。
