开封第一女子高中学生的学習、紀律都比较好,历年畢業生的成绩也比較好,所以無論在开封市或河南省,都是質量較好的学校。这与該校历史较久(成立于1918年),教师質量較高虽然不無关系,但是更重要的还是該校几年来比較正确地貫徹了党的知識分子政策,發揮了教师的工作积極性的緣故。在开封的时候,該校校長陈德尚同志給我們談了該校貫徹知識分子政策的做法和对这一工作的認識体会,我們觉得其中有不少好东西,值得学校領导同志参考。茲介紹如下:
