3240×200 mm柱塞是1600t剪断机蓄力器的常耗备件之一,为提高设备作业率,必须提高柱塞的耐磨性能,为此在更换下来的腐蚀深度在0.2~0.4mm的柱塞上进行了电刷镀新技术实验。共制定了三种方案,实施后进行综合分析,确定了最佳工艺方案。针对影响镀层质量的因素,采取了相应措施。经过检验,各项性能均符合要求,不仅能获得显著的经挤效益,而且扩大了刷镀技术的应用领域。
