目的采用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光法对多所医院的手术器械清洗效果进行连续、系统的监测,探讨ATP生物荧光法的实际应用性。方法于2012-2015年共监测3所不同地市的三级甲等医院,每季度对监测医院进行ATP生物荧光法检测,采用统一的试验方法和仪器检测手工或机器清洗后的手术器械,结果用SPSS19.0统计软件进行分析。结果经机器清洗后的手术器械ATP中位值为862(328~2631)mol,经手工清洗后的手术器械ATP中位值为1925(797~5320)mol,机器清洗效果优于手工清洗,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);经机器清洗后的手术器械ATP值在不同医院间无差异,在时间上相对稳定。结论可以用ATP生物荧光法快速评价手术器械的清洗效果。
Objective To monitor continuous and systematic cleaning of surgical instruments in many hospitals by adenosine triphosphate (ATP) biofluorescence, and to explore the practical application of ATP biofluorescence. Methods A total of three Grade A hospitals in 3 different cities were monitored during 2012-2015. ATP biofluorescence was used to monitor the hospital every quarter, and the manual and machine-operated surgical instruments were tested by uniform test methods and instruments. Results Using SPSS19.0 statistical software for analysis. Results The median ATP value of surgical instruments after mechanical cleaning was 862 (328-2631) mol. The median ATP value of surgical instruments after manual cleaning was 1925 (797-5320) mol. The cleaning effect was better than that of manual cleaning. The difference (P <0.01). The ATP value of the surgical instruments after machine cleaning was no difference among different hospitals and was relatively stable in time. Conclusion ATP biofluorescence can be used to evaluate the cleaning effect of surgical instruments rapidly.
