围绕党的中心工作,发挥共青团的政治职能、政府职能和社会职能成为共青团参与社会管理的主要方式。根据时间断限与工作主题的变革,大致可将建国后共青团参与社会管理划分为四个历史阶段,其参与社会管理始终在变革在创新。将参与社会管理创新与履行团的四项基本职能结合起来,是共青团助力中国梦实现的有效路径。
Focusing on the central work of the party, giving full play to the political functions of the Communist Youth League, government functions and social functions has become the main form of participation of the Communist Youth League in social management. According to the time limit and the theme of the revolution, the Communist Youth League can be roughly divided into four historical stages after the founding of the People’s Republic of China, and its participation in social management has always been in the process of innovation. Combining the four basic functions of participating in social management innovation with the performance of the mission is an effective way for the CYL to help China realize its dream.
