社保作为我国推进特色社会主义建设的重要内容,对于改善民生问题,具有十分重要的意义。本文首先针对县级企业养老保险基金(以下简称“基金”)管理现状,从养老保险资金的收缴、发放等方面,阐述了基金管理中存在的问题。并针对基金管理中存在的问题,从基金管理的统筹管理、强化征缴力度、强化养老金的支出管理等方面,论述了强化基金管理的若干措施。本文旨在强化认识基金管理现状,并为今后相关领域的研究提供一定的参考资料。
As an important part of promoting socialist construction in China, social security is of great significance to improving people’s livelihood. This paper first addresses the current situation of the management of county-level enterprise pension funds (hereinafter referred to as the “fund”), and elaborates the problems in the fund management from the collection and payment of pension funds. In the light of the existing problems in the fund management, some measures to strengthen the fund management are discussed, such as the overall management of the fund management, the intensification of the collection and the strengthening of the pension fund management. The purpose of this article is to strengthen the understanding of the status quo of fund management and to provide some references for the research in related fields in the future.
