提出一种综合应用搜索法、动态规划法等实现梯级水电站实时优化运行控制的数学模型和算法。该数学模型和算法理论严谨,而且计算时间比较短,同时考虑了厂内经济运行,将负荷直接分配至各电站各台机组。曾将此模型和算法运用于清江梯级水电站并进行了仿真计算,结果令人满意。现已将此模型和算法实际应用于湖南东江水电厂,取得了良好的经济效益。
A mathematic model and algorithm for realizing real-time optimal operation control of cascade hydropower stations by synthetically applying search method and dynamic programming method are proposed. The mathematic model and algorithm are rigorous in theory, and the calculation time is relatively short. At the same time, the economic operation of the plant is taken into account and the load is directly distributed to each unit of each power plant. This model and algorithm have been applied to the Qingjiang cascade hydropower station and the simulation has been carried out. The result is satisfactory. Now this model and algorithm have been applied to Hunan Dongjiang hydropower plant, which has achieved good economic benefits.
