参加首届艺术节分片预赛和大赛演出的新创作剧目共35个(其中大戏27个,中小型戏8个)。这些剧目是1985年以来,我省剧作者强化改革意识,寻求戏剧艺术适应时代发展和人民审美情趣的变化而创作的一批探索性的剧目。这批剧目的创作和演出,冲破了内容陈旧、形式凝固、演出单调古板的传统戏剧格局,显露出一种新的开放的态势,给剧坛吹进了新鲜空气,带来了生机和希望。从所取得的良好的艺术效果和社会效益来看,可以说它们为戏剧艺术的进一步发展,提供了可资参考的一些经验。
A total of 35 newly created repertoires participated in the first art festival preliminaries and competitions (including 27 operas and 8 medium and small-sized plays). These repertoires are a series of exploratory repertoires created by the dramatists in our province since 1985 to intensify the awareness of reform, to seek for the development of drama art to adapt to the times and the aesthetic taste of the people. The creation and performance of these repertoire broke through the traditional drama pattern with outdated contents, solidified forms and monotonous performances, revealing a new and open situation, bringing fresh air and bringing vitality and hope to the theater. From the good artistic and social benefits they have obtained, it can be said that they provide some reference for the further development of theatrical arts.
