目的通过识别、分析某电子化学品建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,提出防护对策和措施,为有关行政部门审批提供技术依据。方法选择与该项目类似的工程进行类比调查,采取检查表法、类比法、定量分析法及风险评估法进行定性和定量评价。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素有噪声、高温、化学毒物和工频电磁场等,其中主要职业病危害因素为化学毒物,有氨、氟化氢、氟化氢铵及酸雾等。结论该项目属严重职业病危害建设项目,存在的职业病危害因素比较复杂,主要为化学毒物。应从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治。综合评价表明,该工程生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素是可以预防和控制的。
Objective To identify and analyze the possible hazardous factors of occupational diseases and the degree of harm caused by the construction of an electronic chemical project, and to put forward countermeasures and measures for protection so as to provide the technical basis for the approval of relevant administrative departments. Methods Similar projects of this project were selected for analogy investigation. Qualitative and quantitative evaluation was carried out by checklist method, analogy method, quantitative analysis method and risk assessment method. Results The occupational hazards in this project include noise, high temperature, chemical poisons and power frequency electromagnetic fields. The major occupational hazards are chemical poisons, ammonia, hydrogen fluoride, ammonium bifluoride and acid mist. Conclusion The project is a serious occupational hazard construction project, occupational hazards exist more complicated, mainly chemical poison. Prevention and control should be stepped up from the key control areas where occupational diseases occur. The comprehensive evaluation shows that the occupational hazards that may arise during the production of the project can be prevented and controlled.
