在城市经济转型等因素的影响下,地方高职院校毕业生就业压力日益凸显。就业指导课程在高职院校就业工作中具有不可替代的作用。基于此,在深入调查地方高职院校就业指导课程实效性问题的基础上,对问题及成因进行分析,挖掘缺乏实效性的真正原因,并从新的视角探索出一套适合地方高职院校特点的实施方案,以期改善就业指导课程的实效性,提高地方高职院校毕业生的就业能力。
Under the influence of urban economic restructuring and other factors, employment pressure of local higher vocational college graduates has become increasingly prominent.
