图1所示的传动转臂,是我厂飞虎牌小汽车变速箱上的一个传动件。采用厚板料变薄翻口,翻边后高度H=7.5。要求塌角R<2,零件材料为20号冷轧钢板,厚4毫米。其工艺关键是如何达到翻口要求。我们经过反复试验,终于采用冲压和冷挤压相结合的方法,达到了零件的设计要求。工艺过程 1.下料:条料350×114×4毫米; 2.软化处理:800~850℃,保温3~4小时,处理后要求HB=120~130; 3.酸洗,除氧化皮;
