应用Dynaform软件对金属板材的拉深工艺参数如压边力、凸模倒角、毛坯尺寸和拉深件形状等对窄形件拉深质量的影响进行了仿真分析。结果表明,窄形件拉深的缺陷一般发生在两条短边处;过小的压边力有起皱的缺陷发生,过大的压边力则会产生裂纹;改变凸模圆角大小,或者对凸模进行倒边角,可以达到改善拉深质量的目的;毛坯尺寸在保证足够满足拉深工件尺寸的情况下越小越好;窄形件的宽度越窄、拉深深度越深就越容易拉裂。
