目的了解铁路客运员、列车员对艾滋病(AIDS)知识的了解及相关行为情况,为制定针对性健康教育策略和干预措施提供依据。方法按系统抽样法(3∶1的比例)随机抽取300名客运员和200名列车员进行匿名问卷调查。结果客运员和列车员的年龄大多在40岁以下,中青年居多;对AIDS有一定的认知,但均缺乏深入了解,还存在认识误区。53.38%的客运员和42.61%的列车员认为AIDS病人应隔离治疗;62.84%的客运员和48.30%的列车员不愿意与AIDS病人一起工作学习。对AIDS及其AIDS病毒感染者存在恐惧和歧视心理。发生过非婚性行为的客运员和列车员分别占18.92%和13.64%,安全套的使用率不高。结论对客运员和列车员进行AIDS相关知识培训,帮助他们走出认识误区,消除恐惧和歧视心理,并与性行为的正确引导、干预紧密结合。
Objective To understand the understanding of AIDS knowledge and relevant behaviors of railway passengers and conductors, and provide basis for developing targeted health education strategies and interventions. Methods According to the systematic sampling method (3:1 ratio), 300 passengers and 200 conductors were randomly selected for anonymous questionnaire survey. As a result, the ages of passengers and conductors are mostly under the age of 40, and young and middle-aged are mostly; there is a certain degree of awareness of AIDS, but lack of in-depth understanding, there are also misunderstandings. 53.38% of the passengers and 42.61% of the trainees think that AIDS patients should be treated with isolation; 62.84% of the passengers and 48.30% of the conductors are unwilling to work with AIDS patients. There is a fear and discrimination against those infected with AIDS and its AIDS virus. Passengers and conductors who had been engaged in non-marital sex accounted for 18.92% and 13.64% respectively, and the use rate of condoms was not high. Conclusion Train passengers and conductors with AIDS-related knowledge to help them get out of their misunderstandings, eliminate fear and discrimination, and integrate closely with the correct guidance and intervention of sexual behavior.
