QJ25型直读比例臂是一种多用途的比较仪器,对它的检定虽然可用比例变化法来实现,但存在着计算复杂的问题。本文提出由ZX54电阻箱和ZX35微调电阻箱串联,组成标准比例,这样就达到了计算简单的目的。对QJ25型直读比例臂检定项目有:1.比较臂相对调节量的检定;2.R_1/R_(10),R′_2/R_(20)比值的检定;3.当r和r′分别与另一电阻值组成微调电阻箱的零位电阻的检定等。在此主要介绍比较臂相对调节量的检定。一、比较臂相对调节量的检定 1.检定方法用ZX54电阻箱和ZX35微调电阻箱串联作为R_x,用步进值为10~4Ω具有六个盘的电阻
