本文通过对山东省节水灌溉的现状及发展历程回顾,分析了发展节水灌溉的水资源、技术、经济条件,提出了近期及21 世纪前15 年山东省节水灌溉的发展水平目标及节水工程建设目标,初步分析了节水灌溉工程的预期效益。
Based on the review of current situation and development of water-saving irrigation in Shandong Province, this paper analyzes the water resources, technology and economic conditions for the development of water-saving irrigation and puts forward the objectives and sections of the development level of water-saving irrigation in Shandong Province in the near future and in the first 15 years of the 21st century Water project construction goals, preliminary analysis of the expected benefits of water-saving irrigation project.
