信息化时代下,教师信息来源已呈现多元化发展,对教师教学能力提出了更高要求。教师教学能力已由单一性、个体性、直接性的传统观念向着更加多元化、群体性、间接性方向发展,并且其扩散范围日趋扩大,进而促进学生能力的整体提升。基于此,应将信息化技术充分渗入教师教学能力培养之中,实现教师信息化教学能力的提高。
Under the information age, the sources of teachers ’information have been diversified, which puts forward higher requirements on teachers’ teaching ability. Teachers ’teaching ability has been developed from the traditional concept of unity, individuality and directness toward a more diversified, group-oriented and indirect nature, and the scope of its expansion has been gradually expanded, thereby promoting the overall improvement of students’ abilities. Based on this, we should fully infiltrate the information technology into the cultivation of teachers ’teaching ability and improve the teaching ability of teachers’ information.
