高职教育肩负着培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高技能人才的使命,在我国加快推进社会主义现代化建设进程中具有不可替代的作用。三十年来,改革开放的巨大推力使得高等职业教育得到了飞速发展。但是,在发展过程中也出现了不少问题,比如:课程设置跟不上社会发展、培养模式单一、实训设备短缺、实习基地建设滞后等。本文将从教学的角度来分析高等职业教育的改革方向,正确认识高等职业教育的教学特点,使高等职业教育能健康快速的发展,并有效的服务社会。
Higher vocational education is shouldering the mission of cultivating highly skilled personnel oriented toward the needs of production, construction, service and management. It plays an irreplaceable role in accelerating the process of socialist modernization in our country. In the past 30 years, the great thrust of reform and opening up has brought about the rapid development of higher vocational education. However, many problems have emerged in the process of development. For example, curricula can not keep up with social development, cultivating a single model, shortage of practical training equipment, and lagging construction of training bases. This article will analyze the reform direction of higher vocational education from the perspective of teaching, and correctly understand the teaching characteristics of higher vocational education so that higher vocational education can develop healthily and rapidly and serve the society effectively.
