世界各国的行业管理部门一改20世纪早期对垄断的控制,为增加本国企业在国际市场上的竞争力,顺应高新技术的发展和全球经济一体化的潮流,纷纷打造本国的经济航母。根据过去10年全球合并兼并的交易额和国际海运企业收购的交易对象,分析导致合并兼并发生的内生性原因及美、日、欧的经济发展趋势,预测未来5年国际航运界的合并重组发展趋势,将对制定中国的海运发展战略具有积极作用。
The industrial administrations of various countries in the world have changed the control over the monopoly in the early 20th century. In order to increase the competitiveness of their enterprises in the international market, they are all accustomed to building their own economic aircraft carriers in line with the development of high-tech and the trend of global economic integration. Based on the global mergers and acquisitions and the transactions acquired by international shipping companies in the past 10 years, this paper analyzes the endogenous causes of mergers and acquisitions and the economic development trends in the United States, Japan and Europe and predicts the merger and reorganization of the international shipping industry in the next five years The trend will have a positive effect on the formulation of China’s maritime transport development strategy.
