STMicroelectronics announced the release of a new M58BW032 32-bit flash memory for automotive use. In addition to maintaining high-speed access and a wide operating temperature range, the M58BW032 is also suitable for drivetrain and transmission control modules, ABS controllers and other high-performance automotive systems.
