由于建筑施工行业具有离散性、单件性、流动性、非标准性等特点,加之建筑施工行业信息化内涵丰富,所以加强建筑施工行业管理信息化研究具有很强的实践指导意义。目前施工行业信息化管理存在模式和整体需求不太清楚、运作流程优化和流程再造往往不考虑信息化处理的要求和规范等问题,尝试提出从采用适合行业特点的信息化管理策略、企业信息化建设普遍缺乏整体规划和分步实施的措施等方面解决。
