对不同施氮条件下甜菜RuBP 羧化酶活性进行了研究,结果表明:各施氮处理RuBP羧化酶活性都是苗期最低,随生育进程逐渐升高,到糖分积累期又呈下降趋势,但羧化酶活性高峰出现时间不同,N180 处理在块根增长期,其它处理均在叶丛形成期;苗期施氮量与RuBP羧化酶活性呈显著正相关,其它各处理相关不显著。RuBP羧化酶与甜菜产质量关系非常密切,该酶在各生育时期与块根产量呈正相关, 与含糖率负相关, 与产糖量呈正相关, 但在不同生育时期相关程度不同, 在块根增长期酶活性与块根产量呈显著正相关, 在苗期与含糖率呈显著负相关, 而在糖分积累期与产糖量之间相关程度较高。从RuBP 羧化酶活性变化动态和各处理产质量来看,以N120 处理为最佳。

The enzyme has a positive correlation with tuber yield, sugar content and positive correlation with sugar content at different growth stages, but different degrees at different growth stages, There was a significant positive correlation between enzyme activity and root tuber yield, a significant negative correlation with sugar content at seedling stage, and a higher correlation between sugar accumulation and sugar accumulation. From the dynamic changes of RuBP carboxylase activity and the quality of all treatments, N120 treatment was the best.
