农村合作医疗作为一种互助共济的医疗保障制度,在保障农民获得基本卫生服务、缓解农民因病致贫和因病返贫方面发挥过重要的作用。在半个世纪的发展历程中,既拥有过基本得到普及的辉煌,也遭遇过大面积解体的挫折。从上世纪70年代末到如今整整三十年过去了,农村的合作医疗事业几经沧桑,终于走出山重水复的困境,迈向柳暗花明的发展之路。
Rural cooperative medical care, as a mutual aid and mutual aid medical security system, has played an important role in protecting farmers’ access to basic health services, alleviating farmers’ poverty due to illness and returning to poverty due to illness. In the course of half a century of development, we have not only enjoyed the brilliance that has basically gained popularity, but also encountered setbacks that have caused disintegration in large areas. From the end of the 1970s to the 30 years that have passed since then, the cooperative medical industry in rural areas has undergone many vicissitudes and finally emerged from the predicament of recovery and development.
