恶性肿瘤合并急性白血病,我们收治了2例,现报道如下。例1.女,36岁,农民。1969年初因甲状腺癌于湖南医大附一院行手术切除,术后进行放射治疗,一直未使用抗癌药。1985年1月17日无任何诱因感头昏,心悸,咳嗽,眼睛胀痛1月入院。查体:体温36.9℃,重度贫血貌,口唇粘膜、甲床苍白,淋巴结不肿大,颈部偏右侧可见长12cm手术疤痕,双肺清晰,心率80次/分,心尖区可闻及Ⅲ级收缩期吹风性杂音,肝剑突下3cm,质中边钝,双下肢轻度凹陷性
