通用名称:注射用盐酸吉西他滨商品名称:健择Gemzar化学名称:2’-脱氧-2’,2’-二氟胞苷盐酸盐【适应症】本品可用于治疗以下疾病:局部晚期或已转移的非小细胞肺癌;局部晚期或已转移的胰腺癌;吉西他滨与紫杉醇联合,可用于治疗经辅助/新辅助化疗后复发,不能切除的、局部复发或转移性乳腺癌。除非临床上有禁忌,否则既往化疗中应使用过蒽环类抗生素【规格】200mg/瓶,1g/瓶【用法用量】非小细胞肺癌:单药治疗:吉西他滨的推荐剂量为1000mg/m~2,静脉滴注30分钟。每周给药1次,治疗3周后休息1周。重复上述的4周治疗周期。联合治疗;吉西他滨与顺铂联合治疗有两种治疗方案:3周疗
Generic name: gemzar hydrochloride for injection Product Name: Gemzar Gemzar Chemical Name: 2’-deoxy-2 ’, 2’-difluorocytidine hydrochloride Indications This product can be used to treat the following diseases: locally advanced or Metastatic non-small cell lung cancer; locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer; and gemcitabine in combination with paclitaxel for the treatment of recurrent, unresectable, locally recurrent or metastatic breast cancer after adjuvant / neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Unless clinically taboo, or chemotherapy should be used in previous anthracyclines [Specifications] 200mg / bottle, 1g / bottle Dosage non-small cell lung cancer: monotherapy: The recommended dose of gemcitabine 1000mg / m ~ 2 , Intravenous infusion of 30 minutes.
