新学期开始,各大高校迎来了新一轮的新生入学潮,每年一度的校园通信市场用户争夺战也再次拉开大幕。近两年来,运营商的校园市场竞争日趋激烈,校园营销已经逐步演变成一场激烈的新生争夺战。一方面,竞争手段走向粗暴,暴力营销、流血事件时有发生;另一方面,争夺战线日益扩大,已经从校园直接延伸到了火车站、汽车站,甚至是高速公路。去年7月,工信部专门发文规范校园营销,各地通信监管部门也加强了监管力度,取得了良好的成效。当然,要完全杜绝校园市场竞争中的不正当行为,仍有待时日。
