基于Inventor平台的中职机械制图课程教学的探索

机械制图是中职学校机械专业学生必须掌握的一门专业基础课,传统教学多以黑板作图、模型演示、挂图、现场测绘等方法进行,对于学生三维空间想象能力的要求很高,教学中还会遇到需要绘制立体图来分析、验证投影视图的情况,这时候如果手工绘制十分不便,而且效率和准确度低。引进Inventor软件来辅助机械制图教学,可以通过直观演示、人机对话、实时操作等多种形式,解决学生严重缺乏三维空间想象能力的实际问题,培养他们对机械图样的理解能力,进而掌握使用这门语言进行读图、绘图、空间想象和形体表达的实际技能。 Mechanical drawing is a professional basic course for students majoring in mechanical engineering in secondary vocational schools. Traditional teaching is based on blackboard drawing, model demonstration, flipchart and on-the-spot surveying and mapping. The requirements of students’ imagination in three-dimensional space are high. Will encounter the need to draw a three-dimensional map to analyze and verify the projection view, this time if the hand-drawn very inconvenient, and the efficiency and accuracy is low. The introduction of Inventor software to assist the teaching of mechanical drawing can solve practical problems of students’ serious lack of imagination in three-dimensional space through various means such as direct demonstration, man-machine dialogue and real-time operation, cultivate their ability to understand mechanical drawings, The door language for reading pictures, drawing, spatial imagination and physical expression of the actual skills.
