做任何事都要有兴趣才能做的好,兴趣是做好任何事的动力,体育教学也一样需要兴趣,只有让学生对体育产生浓厚的兴趣,才能让学生热爱上体育课,才能让学生在运动中学好知识、掌握技能、提高成绩、增强体质,从而提高体育教学效果。
