今年来,《中华人民共和国公路法》和交通部2号令《超限运输车辆行驶公路管理规定》等公路交通法律法规相继颁布实施,使路政管理工作逐步走上了科学化、规范化、法制化的轨道。随着路政执法机构的日益健全,路政执法行为的进一步规范以及路政执法人员队伍素质的不断提高,对公路的日常管理发挥了重要作用.从而保护了路产不受侵占和路权的完整。
This year, the “Highway Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the Ministry of Communications No. 2 “Regulations on the Administration of Roads for Overriding Transport Vehicles” have been promulgated and implemented one after another, which has gradually led the administration of road and transport to a scientific, standardized and legalized track. With the continuous improvement of road and law enforcement agencies, the further regulation of road and road enforcement and the continuous improvement of the quality of road and law enforcement personnel, the daily management of the road has played an important role, thus protecting the road property from encroachment and right of way.
