股权分置改革改变了中国证券市场的市场功能、法律环境和投资文化,为公众投资者权益保护提供了基本保障,但股份全流通后公众投资者权益受侵害的现象仍然存在。本文在分析股份全流通后投资者权益保护现状基础上,找出股份全流通后公众投资者权益保护存在的问题,并从保护救济制度、优化股权结构、调整监管定位方面提出保护公众投资者权益的具体措施。
The non-tradable share reform has changed the market function, legal environment and investment culture of China’s securities market, providing the basic guarantee for the protection of public investors’ rights and interests.
