高校产业特有的管理模式和运行体制,决定了其党建工作有着自身的规律和特征。随着校办产业规范化建设的推进,高校产业党建工作的引领力、控制力和实效性受到了影响。要加强和改进高校产业党建工作,必须找准定位,正确把握产业党建的政治性、经济性、文化性;讲求方法,选择符合高校产业特征的党建工作策略;注重创新,建立适应高校产业规范化建设新要求的工作机制。
The peculiar management mode and operation system of university industry have decided that their party building work has its own laws and characteristics.
