通过金相、透射电镜及力学性能测试,研究了时效温度和保温时间对T250马氏体时效钢旋压后组织和性能的影响。对不同加热温度和保温时间下时效处理的组织、性能研究表明,T250马氏体时效钢旋压后固溶并在510℃×3 h时效可以获得强度和塑性较高的力学性能,其抗拉强度及伸长率均可满足技术要求。
The effects of aging temperature and holding time on microstructure and properties of T250 maraging steel were investigated by metallographic examination, transmission electron microscopy and mechanical properties tests. The microstructures and properties of aging treated at different heating temperature and holding time show that T250 martensitic aging steel solution and solid solution after spinning at 510 ℃ × 3 h aging can get higher strength and plasticity of the mechanical properties of tensile Strength and elongation can meet the technical requirements.
