目的补充滇产乌头属植物鉴定资料以及建立其显微数量分析的鉴别方法。方法对17种滇产乌头属植物的淀粉粒的长径、短径、总数(单粒和复粒)及10种滇产乌头属植物的石细胞壁厚进行显微数量分析,主要通过描述性统计和方差分析,研究其是否有显著性差异(P﹤0.01)。结果测量滇产乌头属植物的淀粉粒长径、短径、单位面积总数和石细胞壁厚的数据结果,表明滇产乌头属植物有极显著性差异(P﹤0.01)。结论说明滇产乌头属植物的淀粉粒长径、短径、单位面积总数和石细胞壁厚可以作为鉴别滇产乌头属植物种间的指标。
Objective To supplement the identification data of Aconitum in Yunnan and to establish the identification method of its microscopic quantitative analysis. Methods The long-diameter, short-diameter, total number (single grain and multiple grain) of starch grains of 17 species of Aconitum from Yunnan and the stone cell wall thickness of 10 kinds of Aconitum from Yunnan were analyzed microscopically. Sex statistics and analysis of variance were used to investigate whether there was a significant difference (P <0.01). Results The results of the data of starch granules with long diameter, short diameter, total area per unit area and stone cell wall thickness of the genus Aconitum in Yunnan showed that there was a significant difference (P <0.01) in the genus Aconitum in Yunnan. The conclusion shows that the length, the short diameter, the total number of unit area and the stone cell wall thickness of the Aconitum plants in Yunnan Province can be used as indexes to identify Acremonium species in Yunnan Province.
