上海市新闻出版局通过政策的规划、引导及资金的支持,为整个上海出版业的前行提供指引与帮助。上海卢湾区静谧的思南路上,有这样一处绝妙的地方。每到周六,当和煦的阳光透过茂密的梧桐叶洒在思南公馆“花墙广场”的鹅卵石地面上,浓郁的人文气息和书香便充满整个广场。在这里,“思南读书会”与“思南书集”如约举行,除了有如王安忆、冯象、金宇澄等各大名家亲临讲座外,沪上各具特色的专业书店还在广场设立露天书摊,使其成为上海书展外,市民读者周末阅读文化消费和体验的新去处。

Except for the famous masters such as Wang Anyi, Feng Xiang and Jin Yu Cheng, the professional bookstores in Shanghai Open square bookstalls were set up in the square, making it a new destination for cultural readings and experiences for citizens readers outside the Shanghai Book Fair.
