目的 介绍个性化设计人工半骨盆的临床应用。方法 在骨盆CT扫描三维重建的基础上, 由厂家制造出树脂模型, 在模型上进行模拟手术, 根据截除之瘤段设计人工半骨盆应用于临床。结果 2 例患者分别随访19个月和4个月, 一例弃拐行走, 一例死亡。结论 个性化设计人工半骨盆置换是目前骨盆肿瘤, 特别是髋臼区肿瘤的较好治疗选择, 可行进一步研究探讨。
Objective To introduce the clinical application of personalized design of artificial pelvis. Methods Based on the three-dimensional reconstruction of the pelvis CT scan, the resin model was made by the manufacturer and the simulated operation was performed on the model. The artificial pelvis was designed for clinical application according to the truncated tumor segment. Results Two patients were followed up for 19 months and 4 months, one case of abduction and one case of death. Conclusions The personalized design of semi-pelvic replacement is a better treatment option for pelvic tumors, especially for acetabulum. It is feasible for further study.
