炮炙,亦称“炮制”,是中药材在应用前或制成各种剂型之前的加工过程,包括对药材的一般修治整理和较复杂的加工技术。因为中药大都是生药,其中有些必须经过特定的炮制处理,才能符合临床治疗需要,充分发挥药效。所以历代医药学家对药物炮制都非常重视。在祖国医药学漫长的发展过程中,药物炮制具有悠久的历史。追溯根源,早在公元前722～前221年间出现的《黄帝内经》和《神农本草经》中已见药物炮炙的记
