1982年10月～11月我院先后收治将莽草实当八角茴香煎服中毒7例。每剂莽草实6克者4例,10克者2例,12克者1例。典型病例:男,38岁,住院号1277。1982年11月4日空腹服中药内有“八角茴香”6克,1小时后出现头晕、恶心。呕吐2次,始吐出中药及水样物,后呕出暗红色血液约50毫升。继之出现强直性抽搐,瞳孔散大,口吐白沫昏倒在地,急送我院。查体:体温36℃,脉搏90次/分,血压130/90毫米
