对某大容量水轮水电机的定子铁心翘曲问题进行了分析,研究了温升和运行载荷对铁心翘曲的影响程度。经过分析发现,在机组运行时,定子铁心翘曲主要是由定子铁心和机座间的温差引起的。
The stator core warpage problem of a large-capacity hydro-turbine-generator is analyzed, and the influence of temperature rise and operating load on the core warpage is studied. After analysis, it is found that the warp of the stator core is mainly caused by the temperature difference between the stator core and the base when the unit is running.
