随着经济的发展,人力资源管理已经逐渐成为影响企业生存发展的重要因素,越来越引起管理者的重视。近年来,我国人力资源管理工作成就显著,但是由于传统观念的束缚,人力资源管理方式尚且存在一些问题。现代人力资源管理强调结合企业实际情况有效的激励员工,进而达到个人与企业的互利共赢。本文对人力资源激励机制进行概述,并使之与矿山工人的工作特点、工作环境等方面结合,全方位、多角度分析如何制定人力资源管理激励机制。加强人力资源管理工作应深入对激励机制的探讨以及研究。
With economic development, human resources management has gradually become an important factor affecting the survival and development of enterprises, which has drawn more and more attention from managers. In recent years, there have been notable achievements in human resource management in our country, but due to the shackles of traditional concepts, there are still some problems in the way of human resource management. Modern human resources management emphasizes the effective motivation of employees in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise so as to achieve mutual benefits and win-win for individuals and enterprises. This article summarizes the incentive mechanism of human resources and makes it combine with the characteristics of miners’ work, working environment and other aspects, and analyzes how to formulate the incentive mechanism of human resource management in all directions and angles. To strengthen human resources management should in-depth discussion of incentives and research.
