庆大霉素注射液8万单位口服,每日3次;雷尼替丁1粒,每日早晚各服1次。十二指肠溃疡急性期或伴出血时,饮食为牛奶;非急性期可进流食。7天为1疗程。例1:男,49岁,干部。患十二指肠溃疡5～6年,常有反复发作,先后几次住院治疗,服用甲氰咪胍和其它健胃止痛药,未愈。今年6月份此病又复发,疼痛重,并有黑便,使用上方1疗程后症状消失,大便潜血阴性。10天后胃镜检查,溃疡部位基本愈合。例2:男,62岁,农民。因十二指肠溃
