神经干细胞是指具有分化为神经元、星形胶质细胞、少突胶质和对疾病损伤具有反应性修复潜能的细胞。神经干细胞的发现对神经系统的难治性疾病的治疗带来了希望。然而,内源性神经干细胞的数量在机体内特别是在成体内存在极少,使其在反应性疾病损伤中的修复作用体现非常有限,因此,体外有效培养和扩增神经干细胞仍然是目前科研工作者获取神经干细胞的主要手段。本文就影响神经干细胞培养的主要影响因素如取材、分离培养、接种密度及传代纯化方法等方面进行分析,为神经干细胞的体外培养提供参考。
