锰铁渣中锰、钙、镁、硅、铁、铝六元素的常规分析方法操作冗长,费时费药品。本文介绍不分离铁、铝、锰,缩小份样量,采用掩蔽剂直接以EDTA测定锰、钙、镁;硅、铁、铝则分别用硅钼蓝、邻菲罗啉和铝试剂比色法进行测定。结果对照表明,本方法具有简便、准确、快速、省药品等优点。试剂1.EDTA标准溶液(0.005 mol/1),称取EDTA 2克,加热溶于适量水中,溶后加水稀释至1升,摇匀备用;
