油菜素内酯(Brassinolide 简称 BR)自70年代末从植物体内分离后,根据其甾体结构进行了化学合成,是一类与其它激素不同的新型植物激素,又称其为“植物第六激素”。BR 的生理活性极高,应用浓度低,效果明显而无药害,颇受人们重视。近几年来,BR 在农作物上应用进展很快,增产显著,经济效益十分可喜。为探索 BR 对西瓜的增产作用,我们于1986年始进行了浓度试验及大田应用生产示范试验,均获得成功。本文就二年的试验结果作一介绍。
Brassinolide (Brassinolide referred to as BR) from the late 70s after separation from plants, according to its steroid structure of chemical synthesis, is a class of new hormones and other new plant hormones, also known as “plant hormone ”. BR’s high physiological activity, the application of low concentration, the effect is obvious without phytotoxicients, quite popular attention. In recent years, BR has made rapid progress in crop applications with significant increase in output and very encouraging economic benefits. In order to explore the effect of BR on the yield increase of watermelon, we started the concentration test and the demonstration experiment of field application production in 1986, all of which were successful. This article gives an introduction on the test results of two years.
