烧结厂是武钢的主体厂矿之一,近几年来,我们厂面对降成本压力大,四烧投产后生产组织困难等严峻考验,在公司的正确领导下,向管理要效益,向科技要效益,紧扣企业发展脉搏,对生产进行科学地组织与管理,把观念创新、制度创新、技术创新、管理创新作为企业发展的原动力。在全厂职工的努力下,1999年烧结厂累计生产烧结矿756.16万吨,超目标48.16万吨;降成本4912万元,完成公司的目标计划;安全文明生产得到进一步强化,年千人负伤率为0.06‰;设备综合完好率达99.46%,创历史最好水平,先后获得国家冶金局设备管理先进单位、省冶金系统安全生产先进单位、省模范职工之家、市文明
