职业价值观教育是一项系统的工作,应注重学校、企业、社会三个层面的教育与引导。在学校层面,可以通过课堂和实训、校园文化、网络、社团等途径开展职业价值观教育;在企业层面,可以通过企业文化、岗位轮训、企业集体活动来进行职业价值观教育;在国家与社会层面,通过弘扬社会主义核心价值观、完善就业政策与法规、深化就业体制改革来渗透职业价值观教育。总之,职业价值观教育应结合个体需要以及生涯发展阶段特点,从学校、企业、社会三个视角对学生开展教育活动,才能更具针对性和实效性。
