采用放射免疫法和ELISA法测定了69 例高脂血症患者6 - 酮- 前列腺素F1α(6 - K- PGF1α) 、血栓素B2(TXB2) 以及D- 二聚体(D- dimer) 和纤维蛋白( 原) 降解产物(FDP) ,并与20 例正常人比较。结果发现高脂血症患者6 - K- PGF1α低于对照组( P< 0-05) ,TXB2 高于对照组( P<0-01) 。同时,D- dimer 和FDP也高于对照组( P< 0-001) 。高脂血症患者体内处于PGI2/TXA2 平衡失调、高凝状态和继发性纤溶亢进,对高脂血症患者定期监测体内凝血和纤溶功能有助于防治动脉粥样硬化。
The levels of 6 - K - PGF1α, TXB2, D - dimer and fibrin in 69 patients with hyperlipidemia were measured by radioimmunoassay and ELISA. Protein (original) degradation products (FDP), and compared with 20 normal subjects. The results showed that 6 - K - PGF1α in hyperlipidemic patients was lower than that in control group (P <0-05), TXB2 was higher than that in control group (P <0-01). At the same time, D-dimer and FDP were also higher than those in the control group (P <0-001). In patients with hyperlipidemia in PGI2 / TXA2 balance disorders, hypercoagulable state and secondary fibrinolysis, hyperlipidemia in patients with regular monitoring of coagulation and fibrinolysis help prevent atherosclerosis.
