江平,我国民商法学的主要奠基人之一。这位78岁的浙江宁波人,是我国法学界的泰斗级人物。他先后参加了《民法通则》的制定,担任《信托法》、《合同法》起草组组长,也在《公司法》、《合同法》、《物权法》的制定过程中起到了重要作用。
Jiang Ping, one of the main founders of civil and commercial law in our country. The 78-year-old Ningbo native of Zhejiang province is a leading figure in China’s jurisprudence. He has participated in the formulation of the General Principles of Civil Law, as the drafting group leader of “Trust Law” and “Contract Law”, and has played an important role in the formulation of “Company Law”, “Contract Law” and “Property Law.”
