本文介绍了一种估计小肠粘膜面积的体视学方法，应用这种方法得出的估计值更有效，而且是无偏性的。并对应用这种方法值得注意的几问题进行了讨论。
This article presents a stereological method for estimating the area of the small intestine. The estimates obtained using this method are more efficient and unbiased. And several problems that should be paid attention to using this method are discussed.
