朝鲜族与回族作为中国的少数民族,属于分布广、基数多的少数民族。在文化的大家族里这两个民族文化占了一定的比重,丰富了文化的多样性,为文化大家庭增添了绚丽。朝鲜族回族在长期的生活实践中形成了独具特色的饮食习俗,是他们文化的重要组成部分。本文从朝鲜族与回族的饮食文化入手,着重来探讨朝鲜族与回族饮食文化的差异性,以及产生差异性的原因。从而可以体会到一个民族的精神文化,以及这个民族所追求的尽善尽美的理想境界。
As ethnic minorities in China, the Korean and Hui are ethnic minorities with a wide distribution and a large number of bases. In the cultural family, the two ethnic cultures account for a certain proportion, enriching the cultural diversity and adding gorgeousness to the cultural family. Korean Muslims formed unique dietary practices in long-term life practice and are an important part of their culture. This article starts with the dietary cultures of Korean and Hui, and focuses on the differences of dietary culture between Korean and Hui people and the causes of the differences. So that we can understand the spiritual culture of a nation and the ideal realm pursued by this nation.
