醋唑磺胺一般用以治疗青光眼,在老年人、肝或肾功能衰竭和糖尿病的病人中可引起代谢性酸中毒。但在肝、肾功能正常的年青人中服用碳酸酐酶抑制剂而产生严重酸中毒者则未曾有报告。作者报告2例抗核抗体阳性的慢性关节炎和慢性双侧性虹膜睫状体炎引起白内障,继发青光眼及部分视力丧失的青少年病者。联合应用常规剂量的水杨酸盐和碳酸酐酶抑制剂,在治疗期间发生代谢性酸中毒。
Acetamoxazole is commonly used to treat glaucoma and can cause metabolic acidosis in the elderly, in patients with liver or renal failure and diabetes. However, in young people with normal liver and kidney function, taking carbonic anhydrase inhibitors to produce severe acidosis have not been reported. The authors report 2 cases of anti-nuclear antibody-positive chronic arthritis and chronic bilateral iridocyclitis caused by cataracts, secondary glaucoma and some loss of vision in adolescents. In combination with conventional doses of salicylate and carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, metabolic acidosis occurs during treatment.
