应用大鼠肝微粒体模型，研究SOD对氟所致脂质过氧化作用的影响。结果表明，加氟可使微粒体系统MDA含量显著增加，说明脂质过氧化作用增强；同时加入SOD可拮抗氟致微粒体系统的脂质过氧化作用。
Rat liver microsomal model was used to study the effect of SOD on lipid peroxidation induced by fluoride. The results showed that fluoride addition could significantly increase the content of MDA in the microsomal system, indicating that the lipid peroxidation was enhanced. At the same time, adding SOD could antagonize the lipid peroxidation of fluoride-induced microsomal system.
